President Obama came to Iowa City a couple of weeks ago to convince America that his health care reform policy is a step in the right direction. It was here in Iowa City where then candidate Barack Obama first laid out a plan to insure every American. This is a look inside the University of Iowa Fieldhouse where the President spoke. The other picture is the presidential motorcade. I always feel a deep sense of patriotism when I cover the President during his visits to Iowa.
